The Site
Located to the east of Rainham, the Site measures circa 7.81ha. The Site is made up of a series of paddocks and includes remnant orchards.

Site Location
The Site is located adjacent to the eastern edge Rainham, immediately south of Moor Street, which provides a direct connection to the A2, and immediately east of Meresborough Road. To the north of the Site is the Bellway Homes development “Wakeley Meadows” which is currently under construction.
The Site forms part of a transitional zone between the built-up extent of Rainham and further countryside to the east.
Local Facilities
As demonstrated in the facilities plan below, the Site is well located in close proximity to a range of services and facilities which are within walking and/or cycling distance of the Site. The majority of services to meet the day-to-day needs of residents are within 1km of the Site, which includes access to bus and rail services.
